Typically, our ordinance jobs are bid as a lump sum. This amount includes the labor and materials to complete a job. Each job will have specific stipulations (unforeseen situations) that may be billed as extra. Any additional work will be charged on a time and material basis.

Some samples of bid stipulations are:
· No repairs
· No repaving
· Clean outs not over 5' deep
· No clean outs under asphalt, concrete or decks
· No work on mid-line clean outs
· No snow removal

You will be contacted for authorization of any additional work that is required.

At times a job may be billed as time and materials. This amount is quoted for the anticipated work to complete the job. There are no bid stipulations, but if the job does go beyond the proposed amount, you will be notified for authorization of additional charges.
